Part of my journey as an Agile Practitioner is a commitment to ongoing professional development. In 2017 I earned my Certified Scrum Master designation (CSM), added the IIBA-AAC certification in August 2018, and in December 2018 earned the PMI-ACP credential to further expand my skill set. Now I’m dedicated to applying both tactical and personal skills as a full-time Scrum Master. In addition, I enjoy coaching and mentoring others how to self-organize and think creatively for the benefit of the customer.
